Awesome location near Times Square.

Lobby could be cleaner! ! Room sizes felt cramped! Lack of secure luggage storage after check-out is concerning! A mold smell from the AC is unsettling! Just puts a damper on the whole experience!

The spacious family room was a lifesaver for our group! The beds felt like clouds 🌥️, which ensured a restful night. But the AC was a bit too noisy.

However, we noticed that the floors could have used a good mopping and the sofa bed had crumbs underneath the cushions. Overall, it was a decent stay for our family in the midst of a busy trip.

The family room was spacious and comfy for all of us. There were two TVs which was great, but we didn’t really use them. The beds were large and perfect after long days exploring. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower and enough space for our stuff, which is usually a struggle in hotels. The room was really clean and quiet too, so we could sleep well. Nice layout overall, but the sofa bed could be better.
